ERMCO Green Energy Group recently completed an energy audit of the IBEW Local #481 building located at 1828 N. Meridian St. in downtown Indianapolis. Upon completion of the energy audit, a U.S. Department of Energy's EnergyStar Rating was produced for the building and an ASHRAE Level 2 Analysis was compiled to describe and illustrate options for improving both energy efficiency and cost savings for IBEW Local #481.
