ERMCO equipped our own service center warehouse with new 6lamp T5 high bay fixtures with occupancy sensors in place of existing 1000W metal halide fixtures. The existing 70W MH wallpacks over the exterior doors were replaced with 10W LED wall mounted fixtures.
Since most of the service center is occupied for brief periods at a time, approximately 80% of the overhead lights are turned off during the day (when the occupancy sensors detect no one in the space) resulting in tremendous energy savings.
